Here are the steps:
1. As soon as you sign a new Rep, send them to www.scannersuccess.com. Tell them to click on "New Team Members Start Here", and to go through the web-based training process.
2. Set the date and time for their initial launch meeting or launch call. This should occur within 4 days of them signing up.
3. While still on the phone, 3way call your new Rep. with your upline senior partners. This will allow them to meet over the phone, and will make your new Rep. comfortable to call or email them for support going forward.
Then let the training do the rest for you! It's that simple!
